SPRING RUN-OFF

After spending three months in sunny skies, no rain and very hot temperatures, I returned from Costa Rica to Canada. Early April in Grey County was grey, cold and very wet, in comparison to what I had acclimatized to in Costa Rica.

So, I stayed close to the woodstove, played memorable latin tunes and painted happy, bright, and silly images…reflecting the colourful images still lingering in my memory, the flood of climate adjustment and the dynamic thaw of the grey county winter at Gypsy Creek.

I call this series “Spring Run-Off”.
